After months of hard work and collaboration, our pilot Level 3 Advanced Practitioner’s Certification officially launched on 24th September - and it kicked off with a bang!

We were thrilled to welcome an incredible group of highly engaged leaders and practitioners, ready to dive deep into advanced Enneagram concepts. Over the course of four days, we explored Subtypes, Fixations, Passions, various growth paths, Typing, Team Dynamics, and Advanced Coaching techniques.

The first two days were focused on inner work, with participants leaning into vulnerability to exchange insights and learn from one another. This group was fully committed to personal growth and self-discovery. The following two days shifted to experiential learning, where we introduced new team and coaching concepts, templates, and techniques. Participants had ample opportunities for hands-on practice, ensuring they could immediately apply what they learned to their teams and clients.

For the first time, we integrated both the EQCP and 9POV profiling tests into our coaching exercises. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive – our participants appreciated how the 18 checkpoints (vs. 9) and correlation between Emotional Intelligence and the Enneagram offered deeper precision and nuance, significantly enhancing their profiling skills.

This certification is designed for advanced practitioners who are serious about leveraging these tools to foster meaningful growth within their teams and clients. The exercises are intended to surface ingrained patterns, spark self-awareness, and facilitate a crucial reset.
